To use the Epilepsy Learning Portal, all users must create an account. It only takes a few minutes to create. By creating an account, you will be able to enroll in any of our courses, participate in a live training, take a self-paced on-demand course, earn a certificate of completion, and view your transcript.
Write down your username (e-mail address) and password in a secure location, because you will need it to log back into your account in the future.
You can access and update your account profile at any time by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page. Your profile includes your e-mail, name, and other personal information. There is a password page to change your password as needed. Additionally, you can update your notification settings, language preferences, and view your course history.
Click the Sign-In link at the top of the page and log in to this site with your username and password. Your username is the e-mail address you used when you registered your account on the site.
You can easily view the course information for all the courses we offer by viewing the Catalog. On the Catalog page, use keywords or the course name to see what courses or resources the Epilepsy Foundation has available.
Enroll in as many online courses and sessions as you would like. To enroll in a course, from the course page click on the purple button under the image that says, “Start On Demand or Start Online Course.”
We encourage you to enroll in the course when you have time to complete the course.
Courses must be complete within three weeks of enrollment to prevent the system from automatically expiring the enrollment. If a course is not completed within three weeks of enrollment, you must re-enroll and start from the beginning.
Once you enroll, you can access courses you have started, but not completed, by clicking on the My Training link at the top the page.
If a course is not completed within three weeks of enrollment, the system will automatically expire the enrollment. We encourage you to re-enroll in the course when you have time to complete the course.
See the courses you have completed and access course certificates clicking on the My Certificates link at the top the page.
Check the course description to find out it offers continuing education credits. If continuing education credits are available, the instructions for earning credits will be listed on the course description page.
After completing a course, please submit a course evaluation. Your feedback on our courses and website can help us continue offering high-quality educational programs.
